Kindly be informed MarkingMate 2.7A-29, 2.7D-2.0 and later version does not support old-type dongle access (Green-color, Print Port).
Should you like to upgrade/use new version, new dongle (purple) and UMC4-S is available, please note the preference when you are placing order. For older version MarkingMate user, please be reminded green dongle/print port is still accessible by your current version.
Reflecting user requirement, new UMC4-S controller is equipped with built-in dongle to reduce chances of dongle lost, damage and any other kind of risks. We recommend UMC4-S to you that such concerns have been taken care of. Once again, we are grateful for your support to Eastern Logic Inc.

For the past few years, we have been providing driver support for more than 10 types of laser marking controllers on MarkingMate Laser Marking System since 2009, as we are aware of the rapid progress on personal computer development and so as to benefit customer for various requirements.
During this time, Eastern Logic has independently developed PMC2/UMC4 Laser Marking Controller, which has become a mature product with complete functions. In order to provide a simple operating environment for our valuable long-term partners, we regret that the following marking controllers are no longer supported with their drivers or any relevant files nor technical support from Jan 01, 2016. We expect our technical support would go a higher level and the effort will be shared with every partner of Eastern Logic.
